We are sharing this free quality resource for all of you who are staying home and staying healthy.
A gentle 1 hour guided class that includes relaxation, guided breath work, meditation and yoga exercises (asanas).

The first level of the system "Yoga in Daily Life" is known as SARVA HITTA ASANAS (good for everyone). These exercises are of benefit for most people and all parts of the body. The Sarva Hitta Asanas help us to attain integral well-being as they bring body, mind and soul into balance.

Filmed in Melbourne, Australia by Channel 31 (a community TV station) way back in 2005! These yoga programs were popular with viewers for 5 years. The classes are authored by Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda and presented by a senior Yoga in Daily Life Instructor.
