This is a beginners guide how to get your core strong. I believe that having a strong core first will help get the rest of the body stronger.
Key ingredients are: Learning to be patient and trusting the process. Strict proper form. Listen to your body.
Rushing to learn and do the skill without a good foundation will end up having a bad form. Trust the process, not everyone is built the same. Some may level up faster but it doesnt mean you wont get there.
Doing a lot of mobility and flexibility exercises helped me get less injury. This is where Yoga comes in, I am loving the gracefulness and fluidity of transitions and poses, combined with the strength of Calisthenics, it is a powerful combination.
Always listen to your body when it is tired. Your mind may push you to your limits but if your body can't, follow it. In my experience having your muscles rest and take oxygen actually makes you a lot stronger.
