I can’t believe I have to say this but an overwhelming large amount of comments seem to come up all the time that amount to “I’m an emergency situation you shouldn’t care what you eat” folks…. lol…. I did the starving college student diet for YEARS!! I ate crappy food, and it sucked I hated it and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. What you eat affects your gut biome which directly impacts your energy, mood, behavior, everything you do!!! And in an emergency situation it will be so much worse!!! You will be spending more energy, do you really want to deal with an even lower quality of life having crappy food storage? Be real, your not going to turn off your basic needs in an emergency*
As more people want to get into emergency preparedness knowing food and water is the first priority, many will see brands like this so I’m giving my honest thoughts on this brand
