Описание: धराली में बादल फटने के बाद का मंजर एकदम खौफनाक था. स्थानीय मंदिर में कुछ मिहलाओं ने शरण ली है...स्थानीय महिला के मुताबिक देखते ही देखते चंद सेकेंड में ही पूरा इलाका सैलाब में समा गया... ऐसे में धराली गांव से लगभग 35 किलोमीटर दूर भटवारी इलाके में ग्राउंड जीरो पर मौजूदा आज तक के संवाददाता ने मौजूदा स्थिति से रूबरू कराया. इस आपदा के बाद रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में सबसे बड़ी चुनौती मौसम है. मौसम बेहद खराब है. बारिश हो रही है. कई इलाकों में भारी बारिश का भी अलर्ट है. लेकिन धराली गांव तक पहुंचने के रास्ते में इतने लैंडस्लाइड हैं कि एनडीआरएफ और आईटीबीपी की टीमों को आगे बढ़ने में दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है.
