Описание: "L'International Noire" is an anarchist song written by Louise Michel, a French revolutionary and active participant in the events of the Paris Commune. The piece would be published in 1897 by Père Peinard's Almanach under the title of "Chant International".
The work is presented as an anarchist variant of The International, yet the melody is clearly inspired by the German patriotic song "Die Wacht am Rhein".
