Had not seen a full video on the install and set up of one of these Harken Hoister Lifts for the Bronco, only some pictures. Overall the install and set up of this went just like the instructions outline. This lift works great and now I can get the top off my Bronco in about 10-15 minutes.
Electronic hard top lifts seem great but are a lot more money, and the hard top lifts that roll on the floor, take up space in the garage I did not have. Overall this Harken hoist works great so far.
Someone online recommended using carabiners and wider straps instead of the straps from Hoister, so I did that as well. Links below for the items I used.
