This Hitman 3 game guide video shows how to murder Agent Thames in the Berlin level using the crane. This will allow you to unlock the Crane Trauma assassination challenge.
Agent Thames is patrolling the Back Entrance area in the north-western part of the map. You won't have problems locating the crane, but you need to obtain a Fuse Cell to power it. Follow the route from the video to find this object and insert it into the crane engine. Agent Thames should go to the spotlight of the crane. Quickly climb the crane, interact with the controls and drop the heavy cargo on the mission target when he's standing under it.
