Quick animation that shows how BALCON™ from J&P allows adjustment in vertical, lateral and rotation directions - something no other concrete-to-steel balcony connection system can provide.
The BALCON™ unit is cast into the concrete slab, with the channel in the slab edge.
By virtue of the BALCON™ unit's construction, even if cast inaccurately, the balcony bracket (supplied by others) can still be installed in the correct position, utilising the horizontal and vertical channel lengths in combination with the slots provided in the bracket.
