We were honored to present the Blessing in Action award to ATCEMS Captain Amber Price at the first annual Blessing of the Badges. This award recognizes outstanding leadership in public safety.
Captain Price is a community health paramedic who developed the Pop-Up Resource Clinic (PURC) to assist individuals experiencing homelessness. She has received national recognition for her work and EMS departments from across the country partner with her to implement similar programs for their cities.
