In this video you will watch how I cook turkey curry. I first start by marinating my turkey then leaving it for marinate for 2 hours then i set up my ingredients for the curry and I braise and add the marinated turkey and cook then add tomatoes and potatoes and serve with rice and lime pickle.

These are the ingredients for the marinate :

1.5kg turkey pieces
1 tbsp ginger & garlic
1/2 tbsp blackpepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp fine salt
1& 1/2 tbsp mix masala
1 tbsp ground briyani spice

These are the ingredients for cooking the turkey curry :

4 potatoes
Mint
Tyme
Curry leaf
8 green chillies
1 onion
1 large tomato
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger & garlic
1 cup oil
