Hey yawl!!!
Let's get in to why I quit working for this company that I thought I was going to work for until #retirement ! I've always been a girl about her paper, but sometimes that along isn't enough.
Retail pharmacy can be one of the most brutal, yet rewarding career paths for pharmacists. I could have continued, but I didn't feel valued... I didn't even have an exit interview! I gave them my two weeks noticed, and no one even bothered to ask why I was leaving. That right there was confirmation that it was time to move on.
#Quitting was one of the best things I could've ever done. I have an actual #worklifebalance and I'm happier in general.
If retail pharmacy is for you I commend you and I encourage you to keep going! The community needs you.
