In this video, I’m using 348 AP, which is roughly equivalent to 346 AP if you’re using a PEN Blackstar Sub-Weapon.
I chose not to use a Sovereign Sub-Weapon to keep the test more realistic, from testing it only makes the Muraka boss fight few seconds faster, so the difference is noticeable but not significant.
Also near the end I got another Blue Circle, but ignored it for demonstration purposes.
If had done it, the total TL would have been around 200~ more.
So just know that it is possible to reach 13.5k~ but it is not consistent.
