National Testing Agency (NTA) Director General Abhishek Singh announced that 5,440 exam centers in India were placed under a rigorous 4-level real-time CCTV surveillance framework for the NEET-UG re-examination. Over 1.38 lakh cameras monitored more than 95,000 rooms virtually at national, state, and ministry levels using specialized AI-based tools to immediately flag any anomalies. This unprecedented multi-layered security setup successfully ensured complete transparency, effectively preventing unfair malpractices and upholding the sanctity of the critical nationwide test.
