This beginner level Horton class will enlist the core foundation of the technique amongst students. We will put into practice some of the most fundamental studies of Horton including flatbacks, lateral stretches, leg swings, Egyptian walks, T positions and more, challenging students to explore musicality, dynamics and artistry to percussive sound, it'll leave you pleasantly sore the next day!
