Despite the Armored Vehicles fire power, they'll often be in need of Fire Support from nearby troops. This will increase the chances of a longer lasting Tank and a better forward advance by all. Your priority targets are any troops getting ready to fire a rocket! Do your best to cover the gaps where the Tank's turrets aren't facing, so they don't have to waste time rotating and can stay focused along your primary attack route. Use the Tank for cover from small-arms fire. Just BEWARE of those treds, you can't blame then for crushing you if your snuggled too close when they need to shift! ALWAYS give them some space, just hide in their gunfire shadow.
Stay behind when shifting up through open, fan out when cover is reached. If the enemy rushes, spread out asap and protect the tank.
