HELLO HELLO! My leg day has been highly requested so here it is! Every day is different but I always start my workout with cardio (either incline walking or a 1-2 mile run), then go into some form of HIIT, or lifting depending on the day and how my body feels.
Todays workout:
warm up: 2 mile run
super sets of 2 exercises (repeat each super set twice)
SS 1: weighted squats (12) into 50 jumping jacks
SS 2: front to back squats (8) into pull ups (AMRAP)
SS 3: side lunges (8 each side) into burpees (8)
SS 4: hip thrusts (12) into fast mountain climbers (50)
SS 5: forward lunges (8 alternating) into jump squats with pulses (12)
+kick backs (8 each side)
SS 6: inner thigh abductions (AMRAP) and outer thigh abductions (AMRAP)
finisher: 10 minutes on stair master or incline walking
