A significant rainfall event is likely to unfold across parts of southern Queensland in the coming days as a strong low and trough combine to produce showers and storms over a wide swathe of the region. There is isolated potential for significant flooding under the heaviest rainfall, however mode widespread totals around 100-150mm will result in just minor inconveniences here and there. Finally some answers as to what Brisbane can expect too.
