In 2003, singer/DJ Judy Torres came to our school,listened to, sang for, and sang with our fifth grade chorus. In this segment, the chorus sang Tori Amos' "Carbon" for her. She has some really beautiful things to say about the kids at the end.

Judy Torres is an incredible singer & human being. We were so grateful for her visit. And we were happy to share our sounds and Tori's music with her. She is a truly lovely lady.

Sorry for the lyric changes to the Tori-fans, but whatever must be done to get her beautiful melodies to deserving ears and voices must be done. Sorry, again, die-hards! Hope you understand....

Also, sorry about my little piano mishap about half way thru. Not tragic, but a bit of a "whoaaa, what happened over dere?" As I always tell my kids, they're better musicians than me!

If you like this, stay tuned for a choral Tori-fied version of her hit, "There's No Reason For You To Cry", that she sang with us later that day. It was one of the highlights of my musical career.
