Описание: झटपट होणारे आणि कमीत कमी साहित्यात वेगळ्या पद्धतीने तितकच चवदार असं कांद्याच्या पातीचे पिठलं. मला खात्री आहे तुम्हाला ही पिठलं रेसिपी नक्कीच आवडेल.

Ingredients required to make pithal recipe-
1 cup gram flour
1 large bowl finely chopped onion leaves
1 tbsp oil
Half a spoon of mustard
Half a teaspoon of cumin
4/5 finely chopped garlic
5/6 chillies finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida
7/8 curry leaves
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
Salt to taste
A little coriander

पिठलं रेसिपी करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य-
१ वाटी बेसन पीठ
१ मोठी वाटी बारीक कापलेली कांद्याची पात
१ पळी तेल
अर्धा चमचा मोहरी
अर्धा चमचा जीर
४/५ बारीक कापलेला लसून
५/६ बारीक कापलेल्या मिरच्या
पाव चमच्या हिंग
७/८ कढीपत्ता पान
अर्धा चमचा हळद
चवीनुसार मीठ
थोडीशी कोथंबीर
