Welcome back to Adventure Tracks.
This time, I’m heading out on a one-night solo camp in the forests around Canungra, South East Queensland... a quiet spot by a beautiful creek I’ve been wanting to visit. The plan’s simple: swim, make coffee, relax, and cook up one of my all-time favourites... a Sunday roast over the campfire.
No narration, no music, just the sounds of the bush, the crackle of the fire, and the rhythm of the outdoors. I also tried out some new camping and cooking gear to nail the campfire setup, and it worked a treat.
