2 cups of water
¾ cup (110 g) chia seeds
1¼ cups (200 g) flax seeds (grind half)
4 tbsp. (40 g) sunflower seeds
2 tbsp (20 g) pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp (40 g) sesame seeds
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp sweet paprika
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
Salt to taste
Stir, leave for 15 minutes
Spread in a thin layer on a greased baking sheet
Make slits
Bake for 25–30 minutes at 180 °C, then finish drying at 150 °C with the door ajar, checking every 10 minutes.
