Anna Stöhr set herself a goal called "Ali Baba". The route she chose is located in the Maritime Alps in France and has a grade of 8a+ in difficulty and a total of 8 pitches in length (around 250 metres).
During the Easter Holidays, Kilian and Anna took the opportunity to have a first go at the route and then abseiled 4 pitches back down. In summer, they returned to the beautiful, secluded village of Aiglun, this time for 10 days, to have a more serious attempt at the climb. It was unbelievably hot - 36 degrees according to their car's dashboard, so they tried the route three times. On the one hand, she was fascinated by the cool line, numerous pockets and stunning tufas. Yet, on the other hand, she was finding it difficult to really feel at ease on this wall.
