This fish curry is a traditional recipe from my mom's kitchen. My mom used to make it with fresh water fish with new winter vegetables - simple recipe yet delicious and full of flavor. Hope you enjoy the recipe !
ছোটবেলায় শীতকালের নতুন ফুলকপি, মটর শুঁটি, টমেটো দিয়ে আমাদের বাসায় মাছের ঝোল হতো। এখন তো সারা বছর এসব সব্জী পাওয়া যায়। গরম কালেও অনেক সহজ পাচ্য আর উপাদেয় মাছের এই পাতলা ঝোল। রুই /কাতলা / মৃগেল যেকোনো মিঠা পানির মাছ দিয়েই রান্না করা যায়। ছোটবেলার সেই স্মৃতি জাগানিয়া রেসিপি share করলাম। রেসিপির সাথে থাকছে অনেক টিপস যা শিখে আমার অনেক উপকার হয়েছে। আশা করছি ভিডিওটা সবার খুব ভালো লাগবে।
