In this video, I show you how to make a pear, gorgonzola, and walnut salad. I also sneak a bit of bacon in there for the added flavor, but not so much as to take away from the healthiness. While I do really love simple green salads, I'm also always looking for easy salad recipes that are unique and pack a ton of flavor.
This is one that I never had at home growing up, but it's so simple and flavorful there's not reason not to work it into the salad rotation.
