The AR-M14F features a milled and forged receiver in 7.62x39mm and ships with the Mil-Spec Arsenal Circle 10 waffle pattern 30rd magazine. Arsenal Inc. has designed a new hard anodized stock that is lighter and stronger than the traditional tubular stock. It includes QD points on both sides for sling mounting, and the ergonomic butt plate allows for quick engagement.

The rear sight has two tritium illuminated areas and the front sight post also has tritium. This allows for easier target acquisition in the field when operating in a low light or nighttime environment. The barrel is chrome lined, cold hammer forged, and features an AK-74 style 24mm front sight block with a bird cage flash hider.

The rifle comes with a side rail for your scope mount which can stay on the rifle after you zero your optic. This is due to the stock folding to the right side of the receiver rather than the left. Your stock locks in place and can be released with this front latch. Each rifle includes an SM-13 which is serialized to each rifle. The rifle ships with the SM-13 attached to it. The pistol grip is a Bulgarian AR-M9 style grip that has a slot for the ambidextrous safety lever. This also of course has three positions: Safe, Automatic and Semi-Automatic.
