Описание: My peanut butter fudge with sweetened condensed milk recipe is easy and delicious! Made with only 3 ingredients--condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and creamy peanut butter--you can make amazing fudge in the microwave that'll taste like you bought it in a candy store.

Although the flavor of white chocolate was definitely present in the background, the peanut butter flavor was surprisingly strong, consisting of about 65% of the flavor profile. In addition, this fudge had just the right amount of sweetness--not so much that it was overpowering.

I used creamy, natural, no-stir peanut butter, but you can use normal, crunchy--whatever you like. The only thing to remember is to not use natural peanut butter that has oil separation on the top.

Peanut Butter Fudge with Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe Ingredients
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter (133g)*
1 11 oz bag white chocolate chips (313.5g)
Optional:
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
*I used natural, no stir peanut butter, but you can use crunchy as well: just as long as there's no oil separation on the top.
