Sadasiva is believed to be the incarnation of Shiva. This temple is dedicated to Sadasiva and his wife Kamakshi. A lot of pilgrims from throughout the state of Tamil Nadu as well as the country travel to this place. Maha Shivaratri, Vaikunta Ekadasi, and all Mondays during the Karthika Masam are some of the festivals that are celebrated here. A lot of medicinal herbs and plant grow over here, not only that Sadasiva Waterfall is also considered to have healing properties and is also believed that bathing in the waterfall washes away all of your sins. As the waterfall is perennial water in the summertime is scanty but during the monsoon, discharge of the water is doubled. This trail is beautiful and very picturesque, a lot of footfall is seen almost year-round but if that doesn't bother you then one should definitely visit this trail and enjoy the beauty of the location. Especially the waterfall in the monsoon season.
