for the most part, high rep or low rep DOESN'T MATTER. The only SLIGHT MARGINAL difference you will notice is a tad bit more strength gains by doing low rep (8 or below) sets. THAT'S IT. YOU CAN AND WILL GAIN SIZE WITH LOW REP SETS. YOU CAN AND WILL GAIN SIZE WITH HIGH REP SETS. AS long as you are training with 0-2 RIR, and your form in on point, GO HAM DUDE. I've been getting more into a low rep training myself, which is what you'll be seeing more of on this account.
