Second step: Open Sony Vegas Pro
I'd recommend using Sony Vegas Pro 17
Third step: Load the sound
Fourth step: Edit the pitch and speed for Jumpscare 2 and 3
For Jumpscare 2, Right click the sound, then go to Properties, and edit those settings.
Method: élastique
Stretch Attributes: Efficient
Pitch change: -4.00000
Lock to stretch: With a checkmark
Then type the -4.00000 again to change the speed, but don't change the pitch to 0.00000.
For Jumpscare 3, Do the same thing as Jumpscare 2, but change the Pitch and speed to 3.80000.
Done, now you've made the Endo jumpscares.
