The toothbrush is such an easy one. There’s no one specific brand. Million different bamboo toothbrushes out there and they’re extremely affordable. Toss the plastic one 🪥
Conventional floss made from nylon or polyester usually contains a pretroleum based wax. On top of this conventional floss is known to contain PFAS (forever chemicals). Bamboo or silk floss that use candelilla wax and spearmint oil are infinitely better 🦷
I’ll let you look into fluoride toothpaste yourself. I’m using toothpaste free of fluoride and SLS 👍
