Dr Aileen Alexander shines a light on how most traditional approaches to weight loss are restrictive, unsuccessful, and can adversely affect our health. She discusses how we often blame ourselves and our lack of willpower when often the diet was not always fit for purpose. Instead, she highlights how prioritising our wellbeing and treating the root cause of weight gain is paramount to healthy and sustainable weight loss. A former NHS General Practitioner, Dr Aileen now works with women to help them identify and treat the root cause of their weight gain, fatigue, and stress concerns so they can live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
