Описание: This Diablo 3 Wizard Build for Patch 2.4.3 and Season 9 is one of the best builds using the Lightning Archon Tal/Vyr set. The Tal'Rasha and Vyr's combo build brings Archon form to the forefront, but the Manald Heal ring has brought a new element to this build for things to really light up with this lightning Archon build. The best part about this build is that there's actually a bit of diversity in skill choices to make this a bit more player-friendly, but it's also one of the harder builds to gear for with the high priority on cooldown reduction.
