Go and Do Likewise

Описание: This is a practice pour for me. Creating a swipe pour on a 10x10” canvas. Swiping with a palette knife is not my best skill, so this is a practice painting. Utilized Master’s Touch Permanent Black as the background. All paints were mixed with US Floetrol. Placed puddles of rainbow colors in three spots and poured a ribbon of Gold, Metallic Bronze, and Artist’s Loft Silver. The swipe medium is 1 part Titanium White, 6 parts Floetrol, and coconut oil. Acrylic Pour Painting is unique in that it is a combination of artistic and scientific engaging the left and right brain. The consistency and the combinations of colors can result in many variations and experimenting to see what happens is part of the fun.
