Описание: From a balanced Muay Thai stance, keep your hands high and weight centered. Lift the lead knee straight up, then extend the hip and push the teep forward by driving off the rear leg. Strike with the ball of the foot, keep the core tight, and use the rear hand to guard the face while the lead hand stays controlled for balance. Retract the leg quickly and place it back down in stance, hands up and elbows in, ready to move or strike again.
