Building with the community: on-chain governance and CIP-1694

Описание: CIP-1694 describes Cardano’s future on-chain governance mechanisms and is an important step toward the creation of a self-sustaining system built on community contribution and consensus. To take a deep dive into what this means, IOG, EMURGO and the Cardano Foundation brought together key contributors from the Cardano community for a technical workshop in Colorado. While there, the CIP authors took some time out from the workshop with Charles Hoskinson for a roundtable discussion.
