Victim identified in deadly fire, neighbors voice prior concerns about residence

Описание: Following a deadly house fire on East Walnut street in Lancaster city, people who live in that area told CBS 21 news they had concerns about hoarding and the property itself.

They wish more was done sooner to possibly prevent a now tragic outcome. Rodney Kline and several animals died because of the fire.

Evelyn Robinson was one of several who rushed outside as flames tore through the house next to hers.

“I was worried,” said Robinson.

Officials said there were no working smoke detectors in the home.
