This is part 1/3 of day 5 of an 11-day, 5200-mile road trip across Northern continental US (21 States). We drove south from Omaha, NE to Topeka, KS, then turned east on I-70 into Kansas City, MO where we visited the American Jazz Museum and the Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffmann Stadium. I was mightily impressed by the clean and green parks and boulevards in Kansas City. We then drove across the Missouri State on I70 and enjoyed a fancy dinner at Clayton just oustside of St. Louis. The whole trip was about 10 hrs and covered ~474 miles.
