MANICHINO STIRAPANTALONI MPT/DL
La serie di manichini della serie #MPT è studiata e realizzata per lo stiro dei pantaloni, anche in produzione industriale. La particolare struttura e l’automazione delle fasi consentono una produzione oraria elevatissima. I cicli di produzione sono controllati da microprocessore.
Il topper MPT-DL ha un #tensionamento pneumatico del bacino con trazione laterale; è dotato di speciali palette anatomiche per i fianchi, che consentono la perfetta messa in forma del bacino e della gamba, seguendo il taglio del #pantalone.
Sono disponibili forme anatomiche intercambiabili per taglie diverse. Ha un carrello tendigambe pneumatico con pinze indipendenti e girevoli di serie.
Il manichino stirapantaloni MPT-DL è disponibile anche con #caldaia automatica ed elettrica a controllo elettronico. Solo per questo modello, il dispositivo regolatore di taglia manuale del bacino è provvisto di due pistoncini pneumatici.

MPT-DL TOPPER
MPT topper series has been engineered for the finishing of trousers, even in industrial productions. The special structure and the automation of the different #finishing stages allow a very high hourly output. Cycles are controlled by the microprocessor.
The topper MPT-DL is equipped with pneumatic waist tensioning, with lateral waist stretching device; it is equipped with special anatomic side paddles which perfectly fit and mould the trouser waist and leg after the trousers cut. Interchangeable anatomic shapes are available for different sizes. Pneumatic trolley with independent pivoting clamps. The topper MPT-DL is also available with an automatic and electric boiler with electronic control. Only for this model, the manual size regulator device is equipped with two small pneumatic cylinders.
