Did you ever wake up with the random urge to fly to New York to catch a show on broadway and eat at a dope restaurant? Well that's EXACTLY what happened to us. We heard A Strange Loop was closing on broadway soon so we checked our skymiles and amex points balances, booked flights and a one night stay, snagged show tickets and reserved dinner at one of NYC's best vegan restaurants. Our entire time spent in New York was only about 24 hours, which we like to think of as a New York Minute compared to all our other travel.
