Week 2, Day 1 of the 14-Day Baseline Reset.
Five movements. No gym. No equipment except a towel. 25 minutes.
Movements:
— Wall sit
— Standing towel row
— Cossack squat
— Jumping jacks
— Forearm plank
Format: 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, four rounds.
Warm-up included.
The wall sit is isometric, your muscles hold under load without moving. It builds the leg and glute endurance that your body loses when you spend eight hours in a chair.
The towel row is a pulling movement using nothing but a door handle and a towel.
It targets the upper back and rear shoulders that get compressed by forward-leaning desk posture.
The cossack squat is a lateral movement — one side will be noticeably tighter than the other.
That asymmetry is the point.
Jumping jacks keep the cardiovascular system honest between strength movements.
The forearm plank closes each round with full-body tension that teaches the core to work as a unit.
Week 2 starts now.
The novelty is gone.
The system is what remains.
Follow along. Press play. 25 minutes and it's done.
Part of the 14-Day Baseline Reset — a programme built for financial services professionals who are done with the start-stop cycle and ready for a system that holds even when work gets busy.
Strong in body. Clear in mind.
