Aditya Chavan got recommended in his 7th attempt from NCC Entry. Aditya never cleared any written exams like CDS or NDA. Yet he got recommended as SSB is not about cramming bookish knowledge but knowing yourself and working on your flaws.

Aditya was part of our 25 days full SSB September evening batch and got Recommended in December. This interview is about the journey of a candidate from getting screened out, conference out and finally making it to the recommendation with deep introspection and hard work.
