About Me: I'm an Aussie (obvious I know) that loves sports in general, grew up playing and watching AFL (Aussie Rules), Basketball and Taekwondo among others.
I have also been watching the NBA since 2001 and NFL since 2012 I support Philly in both as I am a huge A.I fan. (Also a big LeBron fanboy sorry, don't hate lol) so I'll be watching LA more closely as well.

After watching another youtuber's (Jacob McDonald) journey into the history of the NFL, it inspired me to try something new.
I have always wanted to follow the NHL but never really got into it, given it's unlike anything in Oz. I have friends that follow it and thought this would be a good opportunity to document my onboarding.


I also deal with an emotional personality/identity disorder, and have been dealing with severe bouts of depression. I figured I needed to turn my life around and get back into fitness.
So with the help of my Personal Trainer brother (Shay Bloxsidge) I intend to do so. He has put me on a program that we have collaborated on and have labeled Kings Reign.
I will vlog and document that process aswell.If you are also dealing with depression and would like some alternative help, i recommend giving this a go:

Hopefully upload at least three times a week if not more, eventually have daily uploads.

I hope to inspire others with my progress, but will also need support as well.
