Welcome to the channel, in this video I share some of my key tips for running consistently high mileage during marathon training.
The key element of marathon training is consistency, we want to be building our fitness day-day, week-week, month-month.
Getting your training wrong when ramping up the miles can be a cause of injury forcing you to have to rest and not be able to get out running and building towards your marathon.
Hopefully these tips are helpful, and there are plenty more tips that I could have mentioned, these are tips that are personal to me that I find help me to be consistent with my running.
