Refret your guitar! It's Worth It

Today I set out to re-fret my 62' AVRI reissue, Jaguar, guitar neck. It has been sitting around unused, as it has a hump past the 12th fret. Notes would fret out and buzz like crazy making the neck a dud. It makes for the perfect first time practice neck!

I have always wanted to do as much guitar maintenance as possible myself. To do a job like this, however, has always seemed out of reach due to the expense of buying the tools. I bit the bullet and purchased the stuff to do it. I have to say it has been one of the most gratifying activities I have ever done.

In this video we will discuss the pros and cons of getting a professional job or getting your hands busy doing it yourself. Also due to shipping times of some of the tools I forgot to order we find ourselves relicing the back of the neck as well.
