No oven creamy chocolate dessert easy and tasty chocolate egg pie recipe
ingredients
2 cup all purpose flour (240g)
3 tablespoon sugar (30g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
1/2 cup margarine or butter (112g)
1/3 cup water (93ml)
Filling
6 egg separate 1 white
1½ cup Evaporated milk (370ml)
1 can chocolate condensed (390g)
1 teaspoon Lemon/calamansi/vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
1/2 cup powder milk (45g)
3 tablespoon cocoa powder (18g)
Topping
1 egg white
8x2 size pan
The wok has no water it is improvised oven heat the wok for 2 minutes on medium low heat and put cooling rack
cook on medium-low heat
for 50 to 60 minutes
if you have an oven at home bake it 150c for 55 to 60 minutes
