Also btw the reason I put the phone rule is bc when you’re on your phone before bed your mind can’t slow down and you won’t be able to sleep. Ik this bc I used to be on my phone until like 10:25 and ended up staying up till 3 A.M. some nights bc it kept me up. Now that I am following this night routine, I fall asleep in under a minute. Anyways I’m sorry abt this rant
