Old Railroader Visits Norfolk Virginia and a private tour of the Commodore Theatre

Описание: Today we explore Norfolk, Virginia. Norfolk has a special meaning to us, but more specifically to Elliot and his tie to the railroad. As many of the attractions we had planned to see and explore during our one day in Norfolk are closed, we make the best of our day finding mermaids and a pagoda garden and fountain. We end the evening at the Commodore Theatre in Portsmouth, where the owner, Fred Schoenfeld, gives us a private tour and explains the amazing history and renovation of this theatre.

Hi! We are high school sweethearts from Atlanta, Georgia who decided to take a year off to travel around the world. Together we decided to create vlogs for our journey as a fun way to remember it. On September 15, 2019, we left Atlanta with 3 bags, 2 one-way tickets, and 1 goal of traveling for a whole year.
