Описание: Drywall was just installed in our new Ryan Homes Hazel model. We added 12 ceiling fan hookups for lights: pendant lights over the island (2), one over dining table area for a chandelier, each bathroom for mini chandeliers, one in each bedroom (5), and one in the flex room (my office). Other options we added or upgraded were LVP for every area we could, granite countertops, and TV hookups any place we thought we could use one. We didn't add the deck because we are going to have a screen porch built after the basement is done. We close in October. More videos to come.
