This is the longest and one of the cheapest haircuts I have ever had ( over 30 minutes ) and also in a shop with aircon. This only costs 100 pesos or $2 in the Philippines. I tried to have my haircut in the street but couldn't find any where so decided to have it done in a barber shop. Use the time stamps below to notice how different cultures cut your hair. Look at the size of the scissors 26:20 during my haircut. I have never seen this before.
