This vlog is extremely personal and it is on body image and I got a message from a friend of mine a little while ago around struggling with her self-esteem and body image and thinking that I'm always so confident and I realize that I'm not being transparent enough about my own journey and my own struggles.
So I decided to put it into a vlog. I have split it up into two parts because it is very long and if you know me, you know I can talk a lot, so there are two parts if you want to kind of digest it one bit at a time, but I really hope that you take something away from this and it might even encourage you to discuss your own body image journey with the others in your life too. ❤ #drnikkivlogs
